I just took a break and found this website. I stopped smoking 62 days ago. All my friends smoke and most of my co-works. Nice to find a place where I'm not the only non-smoker.

Welcome patchdog,
62 days is fantastic....Happy New Year to you! Actually, smokers are the minority now and you will do well in the smober world. Your friends will see you quit and perhaps join you in the not so distant future. It's much cooler to be a non smoker than a smoker. You have freedom now...so enjoy it and keep the quit.

Hey Patch, if you can go 62 days in a room full of smokers, well you've got bucket loads of willpower! Stay with us and count the days slide by, we'd be happy to have you as part of the family.

Hi Patch...I'm just a couple weeks ahead of you, so I'll pull and you push and we'll make a lot of progress!
Funny, but being around a bunch of smokers kinda makes me feel smug and proud of myself. How about you?
Post often, read old posts here, keep a good, positive attitude!
Peace, Dot Two months, two weeks, 7 hours, 46 minutes and 39 seconds. 3012 cigarettes not smoked, saving $376.83. Life saved: 1 week, 3 days, 11 hours, 0 minutes.

Hi Patch. Welcome. Smokers are really becoming the minority. I live in Ohio, and smoking is banned in all restaurants, bars, bowling allies, and most public places. It feels nice not to have to deal with where you CAN smoke. Hang in there. We're here to help.

Welcome Patch. You've come upon a great site, with fantastic people in it. It's small but truly real. Hang in there. It just gets better and better.
