thanks for asking Dot...yeah...ok...just embarassed as usual...we (my husband and I) fell off the wagon/got back on/fell off/got back on/fell off/got back on...and so far seem to be riding steady as she goes this time...we had nigh onto 5 months and didn't learn a dang thing because as soon as stress hit we ran...oh well...back on champix...back on the quit...going strong...not as easy as before but figure that is fair punishment for our stupidity...you would think we would have gotten this thing in the bag long ago but never have...one day at a time...I do know that we have been off them more than on them in the past few years and maybe that is all some of us can expect...I dunno...we keep trying...

Ok jp....just don't quit trying and dont' be embarressed! We all know it ain't easy, but keep trying and maybe we'll get it right sometime.
I makes me mad that some people can just quit and go along with their lives as if they never smoked. Like, do they know something I dont' know? Or am I trying tooo hard? I dunno!
Anyway, you were a big reason I quit this time...I remembered how you struggled years ago, and I figured if you could, so could I. So far, I'm doing ok, in spite of some major, major stress in my life. Well, maybe I'll be successful enough to inspire you!

More non smoking than smoking is always a good thing. If you can go a week, you can go 2 weeks. If you can quit once you can quit again...and again if need be. Your living proof! Just don't ever stop quitting. this could be the one!!! I hope so. KTQ
