Hey! Up and at 'em everyone! Spring is around the corner. Easter weekend looms. Life is good. I even got a whiff of flowers in the air the other day though I could not locate the source. Gads, my sense of smell has improved since I quit smoking hasn't it? My mood has greatly improved as well. I am always cheery now. Smoking actually depressed me. I'd worry about my health, all the money I was wasting on cigarettes, the squeezing out of smokers from every corner of the city...now, I'm free and it's great. Have a great smoke free week everyone!

Hi Everyone - its MK (Mary) I hae 7 Years, 11 months , 6 days, 17 hours, 55 minutes. I could not have done it without the board. A good friend of mine has been diagnosed with lung cancer and it is directly related to smoking. Say a prayer for him. I'll be introducing him to this board so he can keep up the strength to quit.
