Hey, Y'all. How go the quits?
I've been absent for quite some time with no real reason. It's not that I've forgotten y'all but work's been intense.
Despite that I'm still smokefree

Good to see Judyb! Don, so sorry for your troubles, sending positive thoughts and prayers your way. You newbies- don't give in to the craves. They will pass, and smoking won't change anything, or make anything better. We all did it just like you - one day at a time.
SueZ Eight years, two months, two weeks, two days, 2 hours. 179,887 cigarettes not smoked.

I was taken back yesterday with the 70 degree temps. It was really a Spring day. So better late then never. Of course this is Michigan...so temps will travel back down to the 40's by the weekend. The good news is we have turned the corner. I see little sprouts in my gardens...and the grass is trying to go Green. Yes...spring is one of my favorite times of the year....from hibernation to vibrant life! I enjoy it so much more now as a non smoker. 6 Years 9 Months 3 Weeks 6 Days 15 Hours 3 Minutes 25 Seconds. Cigarettes not smoked: 74778. Money saved: $14,955.76. Life saved: 1 Yr 5 Mos 2 Days 7 Hrs 8 Mins 12 Secs
