There is a stillness to the office today...I like it. Lot of people out of the office enjoying the summer. Maybe I too should Huck Finn it....drift down a lazy river. So good to enjoy life without the constant poking of the nicobeast. On another note, yesterday marked the 4th anniversary of the death of my FIL, "Papa". quit: 10-27-99

Don I remember when I first started at Just4U and all the posts about your FIL, his illness and death. I'm glad all his pain and suffering is over.
Just back from Myrtle Beach, hot humid sun water and too much food. Hubby and friend sure had a good time playing golf in that heat. I waved to Jimpops on the way through.
4 years 5 months 3 weeks 1 day, 32,711 not smoked, saved $3,908.90, life saved 16 weeks 1 day

JP, I pray for the best for you two.
I thought I saw someone waving the other day at me. What hand did you use...and did you use your fingers?
Golf. ugh! I got to the driving range when it was 95 & very humid. After 30 minutes I couldn't keep the clubs in my hands cause they were covered with sweat!
4yr 3mo...and rolling along. Oh yeah, I've lost 15 pounds on my low carb & low calorie diet.. I'm trying to get down to 185...now to lose another 50 pounds. God I'm so hungry.

Late late late...but here have been trying to get everything done fast this week so we have the whole day for the 4H fair today.Had to double up on the mowing..all caught up plus helped mow the fairgrounds. Never thought we'd make it. Then yesterday..pop the kringla(cooking project) in the oven..oven doesn't work....took the melting dough to a friends and everything turned out. 9:30 last nite daughter suddenly remembers her jeans are dirty..dryer breaks..Thanks God for all night laundramats. Haven't quite figured out how we consider these fairs fun..but then again wasn't quite sure 20 odd yrs ago when I was in it either..lol JP...glad your husband is doing fine Dee..I'm sure your dog will be fine but I know how you feel..have 3 dogs and 5 cats and they are all our kids
