I went 4 times last week and been keeping with my weight watcher points. I lost 3.5 lbs last week. I get weighed in tomorrow.
Keep you guys posted!! How is everyone else doing. I s Dee on this board yet?

;DBully for you, MK!!! 3 1/2 lbs in a week is great. I go to the gym 3 times a week, but not dieting, so haven't lost much except fat pounds. I'm hoping to build some muscle (at my age..HA!) and push some of this fat to a different spot!
I think weight watchers is about the best way to diet, tho. or at least the most sensible of all.

MK, ready or not, here I come! I've been to Curves twice this week. I didn't go yesterday because I was digging in the yard. I was removing grass and enlarging a flower bed to make room for Irises and Daylilies that I ordered online. I've already got the daylilies and the Irises will be here any day. Still got lots of work to do. That digging should jiggle something... ;D
