I went to Curve's. That's it. That's all I've done exercise-wise today. The temperature is in the high 80's and the heat index is about 95 so I can't even go out in that kind of heat. Maybe after if cools down, if it does, we can go for a bike ride. Not 55 miles though Judy!

I walked the dog a short trip, but then had to do two trips to the building supply, which involved a LOT of walking. Then some extra work for my daughter who had surgery 10 days ago.
I'll go to curves in the morning tho.

Is this where you ride Judy? It's beautiful. Looks so serene and peaceful. I dug out more sod today. Slept in til 7 this morning...that felt SO good. Didn't go to Curves, but figure the digging was good enough. Had to knock all the dirt loose from the sod, so I worked hard enough for one day! Will be digging up Irises and Daylilies tomorrow. Sunday will be planting new Daylilies, hope the weather holds out. I'm going to be doing a lot of bending and twisting.

Yeah, Dee. that's the "tammany trace"; used to be the area where freight trains ran. Now it's a 31 mile bike path thru the woods.
I love working in the yard. It's brutally hot today, so I'll only be doing inside work: getting ready for our road trip to Boston on the 31st.

;D
I bet you will be stocking up on the Cains. Enjoy Boston.
I didn't go to the gym today, but will be back tomorrow. I'm trying for 4 days a week.
