Massive food cravings today

Ok don't know why but today was the worst so far as far as I'm concerned.....I have wanted to do nothing but eat and I did......had bowl of cereal around 9:30 or so then about hour later had a ham sandwich......had another bowl of cereal for lunch then was finding something else the rest of the day.......so about every hour or so.....I think I gained 5 pounds ( could be more.....lol) ......will this stop soon I hope?

I am thinking that early on the eating more is
normal. Some weight gain is normal. AT some point you should be careful of what you put in your mouth but early on
eating is better than smoking. :-)

Hang in there..you will get the eating under control
soon enough!
