I quit smoking 36 days ago and feel wonderful! I'd smoked for 33 years. I was overweight when I quit, now it's really time to be careful. I've never weighed this much, even when I was pregnant! My goal is 50 pounds by next spring. I can do it, because if I can quit smoking I feel like I can do anything! And I'm thinking more about food now than smoking since I started really watching what I eat 2 days ago.
Any former smokers with dieting tips out there?

just remember smoking uses 200 calories a day,no matter how much or little you smoked,so you need to burn off 200 a day,in a heathy way not to gain anymore weight,or eat 2oo calories less, we usually will eat more than that when we quit thats why we gain,
