Ok, Im getting so frustrated. I have changed the way I was eating, literally.... Im eating mostly protein and vege's, lots of fiber. I cut out a lot of sugars besides fruits and gum, ok and jolly ranchers sometimes. I have been working out like crazy and still haven't lost a pound. This is for 2 weeks already. Im not sure whats going on or what to do...... is this some weird effect from not smoking? I cant be the only one this has happened to.

(seems like I'm always the one answering you! Only because I have a big mouth and am very opinionated!) You're doing really good with your quit! ;D Anyway, you can expect some weight gain even with the exercise and diet. Quitting makes a really big change in your metabolism. Not only did it keep you speeded up, but also kept down your appetite. How many times did we smoke just because we were probably hungry? Keep exercising....remember that muscle weighs more than fat, and burns calories even at rest. Judge more by the way your clothes fit. Sounds like your're doing things right, so it should all level out over time.
