I'm still here and smokefree. I had a close call yesterday. I was waiting for someone and while I was waiting it was tempting to light up but I didn't. Another problem I'm having is that when we go out to eat I'm always done first and I used to smoke but since I don't anymore I don't know what to do. Should I tell hubby to hurry up and eat? I'm always done first cause I eat smaller meals.

Going out to eat was a challenge for me at first. I only went to buffets or fast food places, so I wouldn't have to wait for food to be prepared......big time smoking time! I'm pretty much ok now. Guess you just have to eat a bit slower, and maybe he can speed up a bit and even things out. Or you just order something that's slow eating....steak? Cut everything into very small bites, and chew slowly. (That sounds like I'm talking to a child!)
So glad you didn't give in and smoke while waiting for your friend! A nice little victory!

OH I am so glad for you Countryblocks. Are you allowed to smoke in restaurants where you and Dot live? We havent been able to for awhile so I guess I am used to that one. That is a good question. I think over time you will get used to it, so hang in there. And I am so happy you didnt light up girl Karyn
