Good for you Dot...and keep it going.
You're probably at a point where smoking is still something you think of quite often, but at the same time, you're getting the hang of living without cigarettes. Who coined the phrase...? "I'd rather suffer an occasional crave for a cigarette than endure the constant desire to quit".

Thanks, everybody. I couldn't do it without your support. I still have to concentrate on quitting...I'll be glad when I only need to dig up strength occasionally, and thoughts come rarely. I'm still stuffing my face. with whatever I can put my hands on! I did get a nice "reward".....a 2006 Chrysler Crossover, 2 seater, bright red! It even had a "no smoking" plug where the lighter should be! Dot
