Here amoungst the the smokeless!
Roller coaster still in motion. But for this moment riding on a small hill. The Wife is scheduled for surgery next week to remove an abnormality. Surgeon believes it will probably be benign. Surgeon is also battling hemotologist over wife's blood thinners. It's kinda fun to watch doctors opinionate with each other, each one thinking they're 'top dog'.

Count me in! Just got back from my week in the country cabin and it feels like I've been away a month! It was really great. The only place I've ever been where you have to open the doors to let in the quiet. So peaceful and quiet. Even got a couple of days of slight rain and I loved it. Fireplace, food, a good mystery novel and rain falling on the roof. Really cozy. Then sun. All in all, a really great break for me. And I was actually really happy to be coming home. I love the country but I'm a city girl.
Don, I'm sorry to hear about your wife's health problems. I hope it turns out benign. My prayers to you and your family.
p.s. I did have a couple of craves the other day. A bit of a stress thinking of going back to work I suppose...but they disappeared into the ether after a firm shoo!
