Hello everybody and Good Morning to you all. I will start the roll call this week and say that I am very happy to be here with you all and smoke free!!! Enjoy your smoke free week! Karen I have been quit for 3 Years, 1 Month, 3 Weeks, 3 Days, 10 hours, 5 minutes and 47 seconds/1,151 days. I have not smoked 46,056 cigarettes. I have saved $9,211.36. I have saved 11 Months, 2 Weeks, 3 Days, 19 hours and 36 minutes of life. My quit date is 9/8/2005 9:00 PM.

Good Morning everyone, a slight change in routine so I get to the computer before my morning walk instead of after. Still smoke free and loving it.

Thanks Dot. Hugs to you. Hubby is doing better. He started work again part time. He will still be on antibiotics till March. We are praying all continues to go well.
