Good morning everyone. I figure I missed a week here or there on here and wanted to start the roll call this week. I am still smoke free and loving it. Loving the fact that I don't wake up with smoker's hack, loving the fact that I can breathe, and that I am not spending all the money to make my health worse, amongst other things.
Be good to yourselves and see you next week!

Caught a cold last week. Still got a bit of it left. Now everyone is eyeing me wondering about the swine flu fears. For some I can get away with a snort here and an oink there...but others would call the CDC on me.
At least my cough is not smoking related!

Doing just fine and smoke-free here. Of course I've had enough practice. ;D
Sorry you've been sick, Don...Get your immune system back up and running so you DON'T get the flu. My mother was a new bride during the 1918 epidemic. She had to care for several members of her family...one of her sisters died, but had TB befor that. Anyway, I heard all the horror stories.
As for me, I'll just hybernate since I'm a stay at home anyway. Stay healthy, everybody.
Dot Four weeks, one day, 10 hours, 6 minutes and 9 seconds. 1176 cigarettes not smoked, saving $117.68. Life saved: 4 days, 2 hours, 0 minutes.

You know (or will) times will improve greatly. It's not easy on the mind at first but will get better. Keep that thought "I'll get thru this".... you're gonna be a winner! Here, have a stick of gum.
