You are making a good decision to quit again...smokefree living is the way to go! You will potentially save your life, you smell better, you save gobbs of cash, you don't have to hide your smoking, you will gain time and energy, and you get to come here and rant and rave and keep your quit. yeah Now that is good stuff!!
Post often and daily for best results!!!!!
Anyone else have some good advice for karyn?

Thanks my friend, I can always count on you to help me and that means the world. I hear everything that you are saying, and maybe when I get through hell week I will believe you. LOL It is ok, just little twinges in the gut when I would normally get up to go out to hide to smoke. I do have a question if anyone is out there, I dont remember having alot of withdrawal symptoms on the other quits, I am really tired and down, headaches, just blah!!!! No crying this time thank heavens. Is this nicotine withdrawal?

yep. Plus mind games ... your inner self is losing a "friend" , a "crutch". You're in a different world now. try reading, listening to music, gardening, phone a friend, drink water at low moments for strength. Ask your doctor about antidepression medicine. Eat a balanced diet. (excess sweets will only hurt in the long run) Surf the net. Go for a walk or go shopping.
God bless Jimpops

Thanks JimPops, well I am not craving sweets, I am craving Big macs which could be worse. LOL I gave myself the first 3 days to pig out. now I am going to turn those cravings into healthy cravings, like you said walking, water etc. I am excited to begin my new journey and hopefully new better non stinky me!!!!

Hi Karyn, and welcome back.....I remember when we were both passing through here a long time ago. It sucks starting over again, but it won't kill either of us. I've been back onboard just over a month, and I agree...it's different this time. I can't seem to find the pride from the other quit....just a dull plodding along. But I guess that will get me there too....maybe if it's more difficult, I'll think twice before I'm tempted to light up! ;D. the energy starts coming back somewhat after 2 weeks or so. In the meantime, just be lazy and let life happen around you.
Here for you, Dot

Thanks Dot and glad you are back on board too!!! I do remember you also. Yes I am right there with you on the pride thing, but yes I am milking it for all its worth (being lazy, eating what I want to, etc) and my husband is letting me get away with it. LOL He even got me a gift card to Kohls, even after I was not a very pleasent person to be around on Friday evening. Bless him. Karyn
