Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. It is indeed one of my greatest accomplishments and I am truly proud and grateful that I have been released from that horrid addiction. I look back and in these three years, I have actually changed. I am a better person now. I am happier, healthier and even a wee bit smarter than I was when I began. Dot, yes, I will stay here. I love it here. You are all very special and I am very fortunate indeed to have found this site and I look forward to checking in each day.

Flo I remember my 3 yr milestone as being a one of those moments that you look back and you can really see the big picture. It's a good feeling to be free! Congrats to you on 3 years free You are well deserving and a great asset to the bb.

Indeed! That is a good question! I can't believe it's been three years yet it seems like forever. Many changes in those three years though. I know that three years ago, if I had been working as hard as I am now, I would be plain tuckered out but although I could use a week in Hawaii at a spa, I am not too bad. That is entirely due to the fact that I no longer smoke, have learned to eat better, exercise daily and try to get 8 hours of sleep a night. Simple but when I smoked, I did not do any of that. It's so great not to have that ball and chain on my ankle.
