The world is green ... except for my air conditioner. Hi Flo, is hot & humid canada? I'm thinking of visiting the North Pole for a few months. Just kidding ... I'll stop at the Artic circle.

Been busy! Gonna be another busy week as well.
Summer is here, finally!
Got the boat out for the first time this year. The Boy and I didn't catch anything other than wave spray, but it's quite warm outside and a little bucketful of lake water over the bow and in the face is quite refreshing.
You don't shovel heat and if it gets dry enough (as if, monsoon season around here) maybe the grass won't need cutting.

Checking in and still smoke free even though I had the grand children for the weekend. I'm exhausted and it took me forever to get all the sticky off the kitchen floor. ;D

Hi Jimpops! No it is not hot and humid here, though it can get like that. Instead, it is now cool and rainy. We almost went a whole month without rain - 29 days I think. Wow. Was that ever nice. It got me out of the winter mode though. I still love the winter, but I'm liking this summer stuff. Of course, just when I get used to it, it rains. Haven't had to bring out the umbrella or rain coat for so long it feels weird.
Ann, hilarious! Grandchildren. Our family chose to start late so we are still seeing off the last of the children - who is now 15. The oldest of our clan is 26 or 27 now and she is planning to marry next year so I guess grand kids are looming. I miss having little ones around. Lucky you. Isn't it great not to be like the widower in the story who is so preoccupied with having a cigarette that she drives the kids home early?
