Good morning everyone, I hope you all had a great 4th weekend. It was sunny and warm in Ohio but heard other parts of the US had heat waves and rain. Made it through another holiday smoke free.

Had a really nice weekend. Fishing, boating, fireworks...got a good tan going too. The mosquitos kept it challenging as my new cologne is called DEET. Plenty of smoke this weekend, BBQ & sulfur, none of it inhaled intentionally.

Good morning everyone! We had our Canada Day last Wednesday and it was a great day! Gosh, had a moment this weekend. I was feeling a bit depressed - take note - not enough sleep, over working make for depression - anyhooooo, had this real moment where becuase I was feeling blue, I thought "I'll have a cigarette - that'll show 'em" - who "they" are I'll never know and how having a cigarette would make me feel better I'll also never know but obviusly, I've got some kind of connection forged in my head about it. I talked to myself, making myself look at this and told myself that this kind of thinking would get me no where and to quit letting thoughts of smoking grow. Scary though isn't it? I did not see that coming.
I slept alot this weekend and I won't let that happen again. Not enough sleep is a major factor in one's well being. I think it may be more important than almost anything else. Get your 8 hours everyone.

Fantastic weekend in Michigan. Went to Lexington, MI for fireworks on Lake Huron and enjoyed good food and family. Attended a parade as well and started a good 'burn' verses tan. Not all of us are that lucky.... :-)
Today was a payday for me...so that is always a good thing!
