Hello everyone, are you getting ready for the cooler weather and all the falling leaves. Seems you just can't keep up with them no matter how hard you try. At least keeping quit is easier the longer you stay quit!

We had a great weekend weatherwise! Did some yardwork and cooked dinner over the burning logs and branches. The best kind of smoke is from dinner!
Got a bit of a busy week ahead and then going on vacation soon.

it's started raining in NC. Much wetness for the week. expect some flooding. The least it could do is float my tree made compost pile down the street to an empty lot. No raking the leaves this week, just rearranging them with an oar.
Stores all decorated with Xmas items ... remember ho,ho,ho spelled backwards is oh,oh,oh.

where will we stage the holiday parties this year? Maybe Judy in La.

Gosh! Where does the time fly! I thought I had already checked in but that was last week! Been very busy at this end. I'll be off until the 23rd. Grabbing the time off while I can! Not doing much but it will still be great. Last weekend, I did n-o-t-h-i-n-g! I showered, cooked and that was it. Snuggled in front of the tv and watched movies and dozed. That was how tired I was/am. I plan on doing more of that too.
Rain here but very mild out. All the leaves are turning to slush mush stuff and the sewers are clogged...oh well, once the sun comes out, all is forgiven.
Christmas...wow. I just got into this new year and it's already almost over. We are that much closer to the 2010 Olympics here in Vancouver and Whistler.
Well, have a great smoke-free week everyone!
