I see Spring is on the calendar at weeks end. Already the signs are starting with green tips of sprouts peaking up thru the dirt. Yeah, I can definitely use some Spring.
No need for nicotine since: 10-27-99

Hi Don, it's dreary and overcast here with a chill in the air. Sure wish the flowers would peek out and bloom for some much needed color.
No ciggies since Jan. 20, 2000

Good morning everyone! Spring two weeks ago, winter last week (got snow for heaven's sake) and now it's getting warm again! Sheesh! Well, one thing is steady and that is my quit. No way I'd ever smoke again. I love not smoking! The benefits are so great - the breathing, the freedom, the money, the energy, the pride, the health benefits!

The weather here has been great this week. Don't know how long it will last but I love it.
Two years, one month, three weeks, one day, 15 hours, 0 minutes and 51 seconds. 15692 cigarettes not smoked, saving $4,119.28. Life saved: 7 weeks, 5 days, 11 hours, 40 minutes.

We had some nice days this week in Minnesota. I even got my bike out on the 9th of March and have been riding daily since, back and forth to work also. I love it. Cooler again, more like normal temps for March here, but still ok.
Glad to see you are always still here gang. I am still smoke free and very grateful.
Hugs,
Karen
