Good morning everyone. I am here and smoke free and very grateful I don't have to do out and smoke in this frigid air. I hope you all have a good week.

Good morning Karen! I am still smoke-free too and still very grateful for it. I am tidying up getting ready for my holidays next week and suddenly had a craving for a cigarette. I used to light one up when I had nothing to do. Ever so grateful I don't turn to cigarettes for any emotional solace. You let that crave go and find it was nothing. When I smoked, I would have had a cigarette, not knowing that moment would have passed anyhow.
Started on my Christmas shopping now.
Have a great smokeless week everyone!

Still gotta get to the outside and shop sometime. Too cold out there. You have got to be addicted if you need to smoke outside. You have got to be part-eskimo if you WANT to smoke outside.
Don't want, don't need to smoke since: 10-27-99

Christmas and New Year's are just around the corner...for those who smoke and are considering a quit-smoking resolution, it's time to begin the planning. Do you need some help?
Eleven years, two months, two weeks, five days, 1 hour, 26 minutes and 12 seconds. 122941 cigarettes not smoked, saving $17,519.38. Life saved: 1 year, 8 weeks, 6 days, 21 hours, 5 minutes.

hi, it's Thursday. And we have had snow & ice again, that makes twice this year & it's not offically wintrer! unusal weather for us, Jan & Feb are usually the snow months.
I quit smoking in 2000, you guys certainly helped me quit. And I thought it was a pot belly I have developed but more of an out of body experience. I never spill food, it never reaches the floor. I've convinced most of the grandkids, it's instant potatoes plus macaroni & cheese.
