Another week another roll another cigarette unsmoked.
Lethargic lately, winter hibernation mode. I think those bears are on to something with sleeping thru the winter.

Hi Don...I agree with those bears! Maybe if we sleep all winter, we can stay awake all summer. I"m still trying sooooo hard to quit again, amid a lot of personal difficulties. But now I've got 18 days and holding.... Dot
