End of March ~ almost. A lot of us haven't seen spring yet, but it's coming. I saw the buds on the tree branch in my hand today. An awakening is about to begin. Green will again take color. The breeze will blow warm. Song birds will sing, loudly at sunrise keeping us awake who only want to sleep until we can't snooze the alarm clock any longer...but I digress.
Working alot, even now at 9:15pm, it's a living. But now I pause to remember that I'm not a smoker. Don't need to pay tribute to a never ending cycle. Bow before a crave, etc etc. Nope that monkey is off my back and it feels good to wiggle my shoulders.
And so I check in and say "Aye" to the Roll and to our cause. All because ..I..do not..smoke.

It's been a pretty busy week here, lots of cold weather but the sun is shining and the tips of the crocus, tulips, hyacinth & daffodils are poking through so spring is coming.
Still smoke free to enjoy all the spring beauty Jan. 20, 2000

Our part of the world is turning green. Warmer days coming, got the short pants washed, hats cleaned, mower gassed, waiting for the swearing at the crabgrass ceremony.

Good morning everyone! Well, isn't Don waxing poetic! Yes, spring does that to people doesn't it? It's cloudy and possibility of rain here but the temp is warm, a southern breeze...why spoil it with a cigarette hmm? Still very grateful to be free of that monkey!
Have a great smokeless week everyone!
