Spent last week camping with my son's boy scout troop in Michigan. Overdosed on campfire smoke. Appreciating the comforts and peacefullness of home+work.
Now that summer's here I have a small yearning that I must enjoy every minute of it for it's all downhill from here to winter agin.
Cigless since: 10-27-99

My grandson is going camping with the boy scouts Sunday morning and is so excited. I know this isn't smoking related but i am smokefree. My husband was in the hospital last Thursday and had another stent put in. He has to go back and see the cardioglist again next week. The doctor said this is from smoking. He said he's tired all the time and can't do much. He lost his mother in April from COPD. I have emphysema. Smoking isn't worth it.

Hey, y'all! Looks like a lot of quit are hanging in there. Mine is. Coming up on 12 years smoke free in a few weeks. I'll dig up my meter and post my stats. I usually log in from work, but they blocked the board, so I'll make it a habit of logging in from home.
judyb smokefree since July 1998

Checking in late! Change in routine so I forgot to check in. Blocked at work too. That doesn't mean I don't appreciate not smoking though. Still finding it a miracle and I am so grateful that I have been given the Grace to beat the addiction. God bless you all. Stay smokefree everyone.
