"The Kids" start school tomorrow, the moans and groans echo in the house. It's been a really wierd summer. Ups and downs. Can't say I'm looking back with wistful joy. Gotta keep looking forward. Onward!

My granddaughters start this week on Thursday. We did our grandma/granddaughter thing where we all go to lunch and they each get a new outfit for school. This summer just went way tooooooooo fast for everyone.
I'm still smoke free - Jan. 20, 2000

Hello everyone. It has been a weird summer hasn't it! It's the weather. It was all over the place and its continuing! Hurricane Irene...the heat wave and the earthquake... and we in Vancouver BC with rain and or cool weather. We are finally getting some summer weather and now you tell me school is starting. Sheesh. Well, let us count our blessings, one of the most important ones being freed from cigarettes. Five years for me now. Have a great week everyone. God bless you.
