Back from a fishing vacation in upper wisconsin. Nice weather at first and then fall came roaring in. The big news up there that our friend Karen can attest is a big fire in the forested boundary waters between Minnesota and Ontario.
Not much of a restful vacation as the pressures of work and home were never too far from my thoughts, but at least I have sunburn on my nose.

Hi all! How can the weather change so quickly! Last weekend it was actually sweltering. This week, rain. Went shopping after work and it was dark at 7:30. And isn't it the first day of fall today? Well time marches on and its been five years for me since I quit smoking. Been terribly busy at work too. My niece is getting married October 1st and we are all getting excited. Crazy disjointed post this week. Keep the quit everyone. God bless.
