Random observations:
Yep year winding down and shopping season cranking up. Christmas music on the radio and in the stores.
The Great American Smokeout is Thursday the 17th. I'm prepared!
I have new shovels and the snowblower gassed up...now I just have to find someone to use them for me while I stay inside sipping hot cocoa.
I have 4 dollars in my pocket...that's not enough to buy a pack of cigarettes anymore.
As the cost of driving goes up, sick days look cheaper.
Ok that's enough for now, have a great week everyone!

WE had the expected Hard frost last night.... Killed the last remaining flower pot. MIchigan weather...Sun.....Blizzard>>>>Sun.....Blizzard....clouds..... No snow on the ground yet...thank you very much! I can't understand how it's a few days from Thanksgiving already....I finally got everything put away from last year....haha Now its time to pull it all back out and think about the best day to hang Christmas lights. I heard the news talk about the smoke out day yesterday...and apparently, we are down to 20% smokers...verses 40% a few years ago. AT $5 bucks a pack...who can afford to smoke anymore.?? They also noted that quitting Cold Turkey is the most effective way to quit. Anyway you look at it, its tough to kill the beast. So glad i am free from that mess and smokefree as far as the eye can see!!! Don, i spent my last two dollars yesterday from my weekly allowance...doesn't look good for the next couple days. haha I can't even afford the dollar menu.... P, B & J and off to work i go.......
