Oh My Gosh! For some reason, I logged in today to take a stroll down Memory Lane. It's good to "see" so many of the folks who have been a part of this forum for so many years and who have shared both their triumphs and challenges. I don't know how much activity currently takes place on this board, but I know it was very helpful to me when I quit smoking back in 1998. I wish the best of luck to anyone who is thinking about taking this journey and to all who have started their journey. Do whatever it takes to reach your goal and you will succeed. My best to all who pass by in their search for support and encouragement.
Vanessa
PS In April of 2018, it will be 20 years quit for me. I did it and you can, too! :-)

It's been a long time Vanessa. I don't make it here too often anymore but love seeing all old quitters posting.

Hello, Ladies. It's 3 am and I cannot sleep!!! So nice to see familiar names that have been posted recently. I'm still quit, it'll be 20 years in July!! Now I'm taking a new road toward being healthier: going Paleo. I need to lose a lot of fat and this will be the way to do it. There is a 30 day challenge where I cannot have dairy, sugar of any kind, anything made with grains: just meat, veggies, fruits and lots of water, LOL. Wish me luck. I'll be back!
