(If you’ve submitted your info within the last few days, check to see what date the Quitters List page was last updated. An updated list may not have been posted since you sent your info.) (This isn’t intended to be bureaucratic - it just helps ensure that it doesn’t get lost. Info that is sent via the form goes into a special mailbox; stuff that comes in my regular e-mail or that is posted on the board can easily get lost in the shuffle.) I feel badly when people don’t get their certificates or don’t get them on time because I don’t have the correct information.
