(for Willpower and any other recent quitters)
There will come a time when your house and car smell good again. The nicotine was really layered on my walls and furniture, but little by little I've been able to clear it out. White vinegar is a good deodorizer. I like odor-ban too. But I found brown places that I didn't even think of...like the rarely used sheets in the linen closet, and behind the computer speakers. Any other cleaning memories, people?

The lamp shades, I ended up replacing quite a few. The dried flowers and silk flowers had to be replaced. The slats on the blinds had to be soaked in the tub. There are so many things that even now I look at and think 'Did I clean this when I quit or will I still find a yellow film on it?' Just recently while painting bedrooms and closets I found that the baseboards even had a film of yellow.

It is such a blessing to have that behind me!!!!!!
The brown nasty stuff we cleaned off everything was disgusting. We threw away the blinds and purchased new. We Painted, cleaned carpets and rugs, then we sold for good money and bought a new place~ ;D

Even in the car! When I used to clean the inside of my windshield it had a horrible, greasy brown film on it. Ugh!
