Okay, I know that the patch can cause you to have vivid, dreams...sometimes nightmares, but this is very odd... This morning I told my husband that I was having very weird dreams...then proceded to tell him I was dreaming about being an olympic syncronized swimmer! He looked at me and started laughing...apparently he woke last night to find me waving my arms in my sleep like I was doing the backstroke! He said he woke because the tops of my hands kept hitting the wall! I hope I don't have any dreams about being a porn star! J

Being a patch advocate, I know full well that the only way to describe dreaming-on-the-patch is "Wierd"!!
I do not know how nicotine screws with our heads that it can invade how we dream. Another reason not to smoke in bed!

LOL, porn star! It sounds like the patch really has you going. I usually don't remember dreams, but when I was on the patch, I'd wake up, take my shower, and then realize that it was only 2:00 a.m., then fall back in bed, wet hair and all. It's really strange what nicotine can do to us. You're on course though, and doing a great job.
