I CAN DO THIS On a daily basis, you must continue to nurture the thought that you CAN do it. Don't even think about the word "try", for to do so opens up a window of doubt in your mind. Maybe I will and maybe I won't, but I'll tryyyy... leads right to that window of allowing yourself to slip back into tobacco slavery. Believing in yourself and reminding yourself over and over that "I CAN do this and I WILL quit smoking for today" is born of a commitment to do whatever it takes to get it done. If you believe you CAN, you're right. If you believe you can't, you're right. So start right now to think positive thoughts every day.
