Since I am laid off work, I have lost my excuse for not joining the fitness center at hubby's work. I use to always say, "I don't have time". Well now I do. I joined last Thursday and they walked me through the machines. Then they gave me a calendar of activities. So, I decided that today I would do the 1 hour water aerobics class, and the 1/2 hour cardio routine they mapped out for me. Boy am I in rotten shape. Then before I came home, I made myself do the grocery shopping. That was probably a mistake. I wanted to eat everything that wasn't nailed down at the store. I was so hungry. But, I was good. Spent too much money because everything looked so good, I had to buy it. LOL. Lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Boy am I ever tired. I don't think I'll have any problems getting to sleep tonight. The problem is staying awake the rest of the day.

As a married man I have learned many things. One of them I have learned is that with women and weight there can be but only one answer: "My Gawd darling, you are perfect as you are! If I had but one eye I hope it's vision is only limited to viewing you!"

LOL Don. But I'm too practical to fall for a line like that. Unfortunately, I have eyes that can veiw a mirror. Good luck with that one though.

Hey Gracie,
Are you still feeling tired? Did the exercise help?
Just curious because I'm on a 7 day tired streak here, lol.

Matt, I'm sorry you are still struggling with fatigue. I was tired because of the exercise. I'm way out of shape, and not used to it. However now that I have a couple of weeks of exercise under my belt, I find that I do actually have more energy. If your energy doesn't return soon, I'd check with the doctor. Keep us posted on how you're doing.

I was seriously thinking about the doctor too.
I will give it a full two weeks without nicotine, then go to the doctor. It doesn't seem normal.

Don, ;D LOL!!
Patti, I joined Curves 2 months ago and I love it. I still ride my bike or walk too. Anyways I lost 16 1/2 pounds and 15 inches so far. I still get out of breath. So maybe another 10 pounds will help. Hope you get to feeling better soon. Love Dorothy
