I have really been craving food tonight. More then the other days I have been smoke free. I am trying not to overeat again. I gained so much weight the time I quit before and I don't want to do that. I am trying to keep busy with other things. Any ideas gang?
Hugs,
Karen

Keep full with lots of carrots, celery, pickles, suck on sugar free candy (If you can stand the taste), drinks lots of ice cold water it helps to flush out the toxins. Find things to do with your hands to keep the hand to mouth motion satisfied, like crossword puzzles, knitting, crocheting, jig saw puzzles, etc. Then there is always trying a new hair style, or dying the hair, soaking in a nice long warm bath, getting a new book, taking a walk. Come here and read, read, read and read some more. I thought I was so smug, I wasn't going to gain weight and I really didn't for the first two months I ate baby carrots until I thought I would turn orange. Then because I hadn't gained any weight I relaxed and started eating everything in sight - not smart! So here I am way over weight and really really needing to do something about it and I'm giving advise to you. Do as I say not as I did!!!!
