Happy Monday everyone! As I was entering my building where I work this morning, I saw about 8-10 smokers in the courtyard. I counted with glee. Is it shameful that I was happy to see them? It is not enough to win, someone must lose. What would a quitter be without the smoker? I had another moment/crave/memory this weekend but it was gone in a second. I think that when you are committed to the quit, these craves are dispensed with quickly. When you are ambivilant/torn these craves can get hold and grow and wham, your quit is gone. You must believe that smoking kills otherwise you will start smoking. What do you quitters think? Check in and give us your thoughts and stats.

Here for the count!
Flo...come the dead of winter I'd pity those fools. Actually I get peeved at the folks who fling their butts out the car window.
About 2 weeks ago I had another smoking dream, no big deal.

Here
When i had a recent smoking dream...it was so real....then i woke up. :-) I heard on a radio show this morning a couple of announcers talking about the folks who huddle right by the door when smoking outside and you have to work your around them when you leave the building....in the midst of a cloud of smoke. He was obviously a non smoker and called the poor folks degenerates. WE know they are probably good people who are addicted to a the nasty Nic. What bothers me the most, is when a smoker gets a clear sign to quit...and they ignore it. I see it and I am amazed. I guess i have to pray for those folks...some are in my family.
Have a good week

Smokers and wood stoves .... they smell the same. Stifling.
I have no smoking dreams ... just food dreams! I've gained 5 pounds this month... so now I hope for dieting dreams.

I am here and earlier then usual LOL. Still smoke free though and happy as hell for it.
I had a smoke dream recently too and it was so real. I was relieved to wake up and find out it was just a dream. I do think those dreams seem to keep me in check as they give me a glimpse into how I would feel if I really did smoke.
