Two Thousand Fifteen! Time marches on. What a long journey it's been. For many, the new year rings in a resolution to go smokeless. For others, smokeless-ness continues. I've been on the smokeless road a long time with you all. Smoking is a faint memory. I don't regret quitting one single bit. That's probably one of the few things I can honestly no regrets about. 2014 was a pretty stressful year. I know many of you had hardships and many of you got on with your smokeless lives. 2015 will be no less stressful. This year I'm already planning on going crazy, got the reservations all ready, just got to find time to book the rubber room. But I will LIVE 2015 SMOKELESS! I invite you all to the smoke-free zone as well. Happy New Year everyone! I hope there's an overabundance of good coming your way. Cheers!

Happy New Year Don and everyone checking in. I've had a few of those stressful times this year and thought a lot about smoking but never went through with it. I'm still smoke free.

I stopped checking in because I was the only one here. I just took a chance tonight. 2014 was a stressful year for me because my husband passed away and the holidays were hard on me, my 3 kids and 3 grandkids. My husband lost his brother last February from brain cancer so it hasn't been easy for any of us. I was mighty tempted to smoke, but I didn't. That wouldn't solve anything. I really wish there was a cure for copd. I had a sleep study done a couple of weeks ago and now have sleep apnea and will be getting a machine soon. I wonder if copd and sleep apnea go hand in hand or no. Hope everyone has a happy 2015 and I hope mine will be better.
