I am checking in and smoke free after not amoking for 14 years, 5 months, 2 weeks, 3 days, 15 hours, 3 minutes and 9 seconds. I have not smoked 190210 cigarettes and saved 85,594.77. Most importantly I have saved 1 year 42 weeks 2 days, 10 hours and 50 minutes of my life.
For all that are struggling with quitting smoking, please stay on this board and do not pick up a cigarette. I did it and you can do it.
Keep The Quit!!
