Yep, I agree with you I have to do it for me first. It will be nice to have hubby quitting with me though. The countdown is on. Thank you for all your support!
I will quit in 1 Day, 2 hours, 17 minutes and 41 seconds.

Countdown time is here gang!! I will quit in 4 hours, 14 minutes and 25 seconds. My hubby picked up our patches today and we will be putting them on when we wake up tomorrow morning. I have 2 cigarettes left to smoke and then that is it. Say some prayers for me!! Tomorrow is going to be a new day!!

Getting close i see. In the beginning just take it one hour at a time and remember that no one ever died from a craving, it will pass, and we who have quit before you are proof that even an addict can choose not to smoke. You can do it Karen! Best wishes to you as you start your journey.
