I forgot to do the clock in the car, so I guess I'll dig out the book and try to figure out how to do that. Still plugging along smoke free.

Thank you Flo. This is one of those quietly passing milestones that others don't recognize since it's been so long they just assume that you never smoked or that it's no longer a struggle.

I missed some of the ads from the super bowl but there were a few good ones, the Chrysler one stood out.

Living in the Midwest is always a treat, woke up to a drift half way up the patio door. How are the rest of you doing, who is getting hit with ice, snow, rain, sleet? No matter what you encounter do not smoke.

I hope all of you had a wonderful weekend. How are all of you keeping warm in these freezing temps, who is in a warm climate and doesn't have to put up with this? Please check in and let us know how you are doing.

This sure is a busy time of the year for everyone. We went to the cutest gymnastic recital for the grandchildren last night. Couldn't have sat through the whole thing if I was still smoking. They have never known a grandma who smoked - thank heaven!

I hope that everyone kept their quit this weekend and are ready to face another week. We finally got the tree trimmed, it's only been up all week without any ornaments. Time just seems to fly these days. KTQ

Time certainly does fly doesn't it? We got the ouside decorated, the tree put up but undecorated just like you and I'm tired of moving furniture around. Trying to play catch up today with things that were let go for the holiday and busy weekend - geesh I need another able body around here but I'm still not smoking.

This board is really quiet these days. I hope it means that everyone is just to busy to check in and that you are keeping your quits.
