Good morning everyone! Has everyone got their times straight now? Lots of turmoil in the world. Smoking never helps. Check in with your stats everyone. Let us know how you're doing. KTQ.

Good morning everyone! Spring forward this weekend. Let's take a look backwards once in awhile to see how far we've come. How much we have gained from not smoking. I can't believe the person I see in the mirror is the same person who used to smoke. Really, for me, I changed big. So grateful.
Have a great week everyone! KTQ.

Good morning everyone! Rise and shine! Check in with your stats! Spring is right around the corner...even though we got snow on the weekend, it is melting away as if a dream and the birds certainly don't care. We have the chicadees here already and they are chiriping away. They congregate in trees here and as you approach, you can hear them all chirping away. They you are right there and they all quiet down...then you pass and then they start up again. It is soooo cute. KTQ everyone!

Good morning everyone! I thought I would check in early myself since I checked in late last week. Want to keep my perfect attendnace record you know.
We are getting some strange weather at this end as well, with chilly weather with rain/snow mix. Yet, the cherry blossoms are starting to bud and I hear the birds singing and twirping outside.
Like you Karen, I am eternally grateful and yes, each day I am walking, upright, talking and breathing is a good day and I owe that to not smoking.
KTQ everyone!

One must treasure and guard one's quit. Like alcoholics, you can go for years and then something can happen and because its been so long, you think you can have just one. One way to guard your quit is to belong to sites like this. Here's to another eleven years my friend. Live long and prosper.

Well, I found the Chrysler commercial with Eminem - is that the one - because I love it. I've always liked Chrysler.

Way to go Ann and Sue!! Eleven years is quite an accomplishment. It is one of those hidden blessings...of the Holy Spirit if you will that yields many many fruits, the first of which is better heath but other fruits are strength of character, clearer thinking, calmer disposition. These fruits affect everything you do. Your work improves. Your moods improve. Your outlook on life improves. Slowly and quietly the fruits continue to grow. Eleven years of bring smokefree has transformed you.
Congratulations Ann and Sue. Well done.
P.s. Dorothy..Hang in there. Never quit quitting. You will succeed one day. I did. You can too.

Hello all! We have some minor chill in the air and a few flakes mixed in with snow over here in the Pacific Northwest. Certainly not feeling the winter like those in the east. Good thing we don't smoke hey?
Groundhog Day today. Apparently Punxsutawney Phil didn't see his shadow. Hang in there easterners! Spring is coming!
Have a great smokefree week everyone!
